My name is Noelle Visconti and I am 26 years old residing in Pennsylvania, USA.
My name was Yu Meng, with the DOB of 4.5.93, however that is not accurate since there was no documentation or tracking of my legal name, age, birth location etc.
I can also confirm that after I was brought back to the states (USA), the American doctor stated that I might have been around 6 months younger than what my records state.
I know that the orphanage (YuJiang Social Welfare Institute) assigned my ’found date’ to my ’birth date’.
Location of where I was found was in Jiangxi Province.
I have two point of contacts but not sure how to reach out to them, my ’finder’ named Wu Caosheng and the director of the orphanage named Wang Renhua, residing in Yujiang County.
The adoption agency was titled LaVida Adoption Agency
I can provide more information if needed - however there is not much.

Unfortunately, I only have a very limited amount of information. I do know that I was adopted in the city of Yueyang in Hunan Province and that the name of my orphanage is Yueyang County Social Welfare Institute. They think that I weighed about 3 pounds when I came to them. I am also not sure if my orphanage knows my exact birthday, but they celebrate it on Septermber 4, 2001, and based on this information, they believe that I was about 11 months old when I was adopted. 59. WangYe : I was found abandoned in Hunan, with only my birthdate pinned to me 02/11/88 on a crumpled up piece of paper. I remember having a baby brother, a grandmother who took care me, This is something I told my adopted mom fairly early on. I was adopted from The People’s Place” the director at the time was Mr. Liang. My birth parents said they had no other information since I was just found and then placed in orphanage.
