23. ChrisAKelley : Our daughter was adopted in 1998just prior to her first birthday in the city of Wuhan, China. She was adopted at the same time a group of Chinese girls were adopted. The American Adoption Agency was Alliance for Children. Our daughter was taken to the home of an orphanage worker who acted as a foster parent during the few months prior to the adoption. The adoption occurred on February 3rd, 1998. We were told our daughter was left at a city entrance (gate) in what was likely a period right after her birth. (Huangong). Our daughter is actively searching for her birth family and we would appreciate any assistance possible.

25. YangYing : I was found outside of the Dangyang SWI in Dangyang, Hubei. My given name in the SWI was Yang YingYing (surname and then first). I was adopted by a family in the U.S. and was brought there in early/mid March of 2002.

27. Ncvisconti : I’m in search of my biological parents. My name is Noelle Visconti and I am 26 years old residing in Pennsylvania, USA. My name was Yu Meng, with the DOB of 4.5.93, however that is not accurate since there was no documentation or tracking of my legal name, age, birth location etc. I can also confirm that after I was brought back to the states (USA), the American doctor stated that I might have been around 6 months younger than what my records state. I know that the orphanage (YuJiang Social Welfare Institute) assigned my ’found date’ to my ’birth date’. Location of where I was found was in Jiangxi Province. I have two point of contacts but not sure how to reach out to them, my ’finder’ named Wu Caosheng and the director of the orphanage named Wang Renhua, residing in Yujiang County. The adoption agency was titled LaVida Adoption Agency I can provide more information if needed - however there is not much. I can provide pictures also.

I was approx. two and a half years old at the adoption and had been living at Xiangfan Children’s Welfare Institute in Xiangfan (currently named Xiangyang), Hubei province. I do not know how I entered the orphanage, I was a baby. Besides my birthparents, I would love to find Wang Fu Xiang and Wang Fu Ru, who also were adopted from this orphanage. I think one of them is in the USA and the other one in Norway. We entered the orphanage together and our names together are a poem. I am now living in the Netherlands.
