32. LeeBee11 : I am looking for my birth fathermainly. My birth mother had me in Cape Town, South Africa in 1970. My biological mothers name at present is Carol Ann Morton (I guess her maiden name was Carol Anne Hart), residing in Cape Town, Bergvliet. I was told my biological fathers name may possibly be Michael Virgin? He was blonde / green eyes and the oldest of 10 children. Apparently he went to Ireland or somewhere in Britian not long after my birth. My birth Name before adoption was Michelle Hart. Born in Wynberg Hospital. I am hoping some of these details are correct and if so, one of his siblings may be around somewhere.

33. DeanK : Mothers name is Suzan Zanoncelli, Born at the Frere Hospital at about 2 pm on the 27th April 1986. Child was taken to Italy by Vitorio Zanoncelli’s Sister

34. Petro1 : Good morning, We adopted a baby girl from the Welfare offices in Southernwood, East London The baby’s birth name was Ammy Radloff. We lived in Queenstown, Eastern Cape at the time of the adoption. It was a closed adoption, as was the wish of her birth mother, so we do not have any details of her birth mother. It is now her wish to have contact with her birth mother. We explained to her that her birth mother might not want to have contact and she does understand that. My husband and I respect her wishes to meet her birth mother and do not have any problem with it. I have phoned and e-mailed the East London Offices numerous times and only get promises that someone will phone me back, but to date I have received no feedback. Could you please assist us to try and locate her birth mother for her.

43. Hannessoektrish : The adoption parents name were: Mother: Trixie Joan Stein. Father: Seymour Harris Julian Posner. Child: Patricia Ann Posner ID: 510222 0058 084 Birth Certificate Number: 750852

44. Wendy1974 : My mother gave up a son at birth for adoption. Her name is Beverley-Anne Rose Penton (nee Smith) - sadly she passed away in 2011. From the limited information I have I believe the birth was around 1970-1973, and it was either in Johannesburg or East London.

45. TristyyyFrandsen : I was told at 13 that my biological father left when I was 2-3 years old. So far since then, I have been in contact with someone who my mother says is my true father and he agrees, however I remain skeptical as I don’t see any resemblance. His name is Bryan Coetzee and has a wife Jo Coetzee and they have a young daughter. I seek certainty over the fact that he truly is my biological father and I’m unsure as to where they live, however my best assumption would be Cape Town, where I was born.
