They estimated I was about 3.5 years old when found. I looked lost‚ did not cry and refused to answer questions. I don’t know my birth date or year and was given Oct 1‚ 1986. The address is 1030 Tayuman Street‚ Tondo Manila. My name and picture published in the News Today on April 20‚1990 and various radio stations. My adoptive parents may have changed my name from Raquel to Racquel. Birth could be April 1986 or August 1986.
