The orphanage is Home of Joy from Missionaries of Charity in Manila and I was found by Sister Mary Pierina Chacko by on the orphanage grounds in October 1989 about 3:00pm. They estimated I was about 3.5 years old when found. I looked lost‚ did not cry and refused to answer questions. I don’t know my birth date or year and was given Oct 1‚ 1986. The address is 1030 Tayuman Street‚ Tondo Manila. My name and picture published in the News Today on April 20‚1990 and various radio stations. My adoptive parents may have changed my name from Raquel to Racquel. Birth could be April 1986 or August 1986.

Amd im not amgry or depressed about the situation. U put ke up for adoption to give me a beter life in the states... but with my health deteriorating i need to do this n speak woth yu b4 my time is up . I love yu mom n dad whoever yu are wherever yu mgt be... i desperstly need your comfort at this time and will always love yu both n my adopted parents too ...
