Assuming their 16 almost 17 year old daughter was being forced to give up her child due to parents wishes. Birth mothers name was found on German documents in order to receive a passport to change duty stations back to The Unites States after being stationed in Germany. Her father was in the British army based in Germany, he left the arm and came back to England. My niece and nephew were in the mother’s care I believe and was taken away up for adoption. 25. LORETTASCHREINER : I am looking for my niece. Birth father is my brother Harry Schreiner and birth mother Linda Hefner Schreiner. Born in the spring of 1969 or 1970 in Germany. Harry Schreiner was in the US Army. Harry is from the Philadelphia Pa Area. I know this adoptee was looking for her parents and spoke to my mother Loretta S Schreiner on the phone. My mother has died and told me this prior to her death she had old timers and could tell me details. My brother and Linda refuses to give any information and has told this girl not to contact them. I feel the adopted girl is an adult now and so am I and she has a right to know who she is and medical information or anything she would like to know. Month of adoption and area are just guess. *EDIT i have since had information that my adopted sister did in fact try and contact my dad via letter but he never received it. She probably thinks he wanted no contact but that is not the case. He did not receive the letter at all.
