76. Bcelp : I was adopted by a US Army couple in Heidelberg, Germany. I was told it was arranged through a Catholic Church or orphange(?) My birth name may have been Ernst Braugner, but I am not sure of the spelling of the last name. My birth parents have passed away and I did not get any of the documents regarding my birth or adoption. My adoptive parents were William Y. Cook and Zelma Cook. I was given the name of William Y. Cook Jr. My date of birth is 2/27/1947 and I left Germany when I was just over one year old. My birth parents have probably passed away, but I would like to know if they had any other children or family who might be willing to share any information.
