Was forced to give her up for adoption as she was unmarried and the father was from Africa.
She was born at Southmead hospital Bristol.
My motger wasn’t allowed to have contact and her Mother gave away Tinas rights.
I am her half biological Sister (there are 3 of us in total, all girls) who would like to get in contact.
My mother believed there was no way to find her.

62. AngharadRees1 : Hi, I am doing a search on behalf of a friend who would like to find out who her birth mother was. Her father was John Kelsey, her grand father was Philip George Kelsey. My friend was bought up by her grandfather instead of her being formally adopted to another family.

71. Scoops : I have had confirmation by my uncle that my Dad 100% fathered a child prior to him getting with my Mum. Due to the times back then and the young age of my Dad and the girl involved‚ the child was given up for adoption. I do not know if either of them had any choice in this. I know this girl was a friend of my Mothers prior to my Mother getting with my Dad. My uncle recals the Mothers christian name as Sue - Susan‚ but does not recal the Surname. She may have been living in the Haroldhill or even Pitsea Essex or surounding areas at around the time she fell pregnant‚ or very close by. Due to my Mother and Father getting together in 1965 and my uncles memory of his age at the time we have narrowed it down to 1962 - 1965 when she would have had the baby. We are pretty sure she got sent to an unmarried mother and baby home to have the child. I know its a long shot but have heard of miracles happening in extremely difficult cases‚ and prey one day I will find my sibling and that he or she will give me the chance to meet them and get to know any other family members such as nieces and nephew.
I can’t ask my Mother as ahe has passed. I am desperate how ever to find my long lost sibling.

I am Nicole and I am French. In 1972 when pregnant my mom took me to UK to give my child away as according to her, i was too young to have a baby. I am now 63 and have few memories of the conditions my mom gave my child away. It was such a trauma!
I gave birth in London or next to London in a hospital who worked with Feminist French Movement (apparently0.
I gave birth to a boy in June or July 1972.
My mom passed away years ago and she never never wanted to give me any details of this tragic episode in 1972.
I am west-indian (Martinique) and I conceived the child with the love of my life who is black/Indian.
