And all I know is that she was adopted when she was 4 months old. I do not know if her name was changed but I can only remember her initial name in the birth cert was Phua Xue Ling, I could not remember her Christian name indicated in the birth cert as my mum is keeping it. I would really love to meet her as she is my only sibling. She has to be 26 years old by now in the year 2019. I really like a chance to meet her in person for at least once in this life.
